Real Life

Hello Readers,

I'm sure after my long absence you're wondering what i've been up to.

Well I finished my degree and achieve a 2:1 Honours (2% off 1st class (NOT THAT I'm Bitter)), I have taken up a job as a Statistcian at Abbotts Diabetes Care and next year I will be studying a medical statistics masters as London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

I had a job interview Friday for being a statistical consultant, the place would fund my masters so that's another option to think about!.

I realise from my last post that my meaningless desire to try and outperform other people and 'make a name for myself' was pure rubbish, I shouldn't think of how to outperform other people but more how to develop myself into making myself a better person :). Who cares what difference i make to the world, I should care more about what difference i make to myself!.

I realise that after uni, I still hate the majority of my friends, espically John Oldfield who I have a particular contempt for. Maybe one day i'll find friends I actually like but that looks doubtful given how much of a hateful person I am.

Take care readers and maybe i'll do an update within the next year,

Oliver
